Hello everyone and welcome to our latest “Meet the American Dream Team” highlight! Today, we are featuring Ann Doran. Please take a moment to learn more about her now.

How long have you been in real estate? Five years

How long have you been with American Dream? Approximately three-and-a-half years

What do you like most about working with American Dream? I especially like the people who work here. We all work together and help each other out. I have a lot of respect and have learned so much from the agents who have been in the business for so many years. Our Broker, Office Manager, and Owners are always available to help us in any way needed.

What do you like most about practicing real estate in South Jersey? Real Estate in South Jersey is not only interesting but also challenging. I have learned from my prior experience in the Insurance, Mortgage, and Tax fields, that the people of South Jersey are more friendly and want someone they can talk to. They want to sit down with their agents and discuss their transactions. This may take more time than doing everything with technology but you make a lot more friends and lasting relationships this way.

What do you like to do in your spare time? My family is very important to me. We try to spend as much time together as we can. Vacations at the beach are a favorite and, of course, Holidays are very special times to get together. Love warm weather and being outside.
